5. Click & Collect (Pickup Orders)

Pickup orders will be available once you receive a “Ready for Collection” notification.

Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting (If Required)

Orders must be collected within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup for unused, unopened products in original packaging.

Made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty, in which case a replacement will be provided.

For all other eligible items, a 30% re-stocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
