3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (or deposit if applicable) has been received.

  • Ownership of all goods remains with White Bathroom Co. until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and product size.

  • Delivery times provided are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • You are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are provided. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Click & Collect (Pickup Orders)

  • Pickup orders will be available once you receive a “Ready for Collection” notification.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting (If Required)

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup for unused, unopened products in original packaging.

  • Made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty, in which case a replacement will be provided.

  • For all other eligible items, a 30% re-stocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
