All goods must be checked within 48 hours of receiving them and any issues reported back to us. We can not be held responsible for incorrect or damaged goods after this time. Please check carefully.

  • make a wrong decision

1. Returns & Refunds Policy

At White Bathroom Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1.1 Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

  • A 30% re-stocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns on standard, non-custom items.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

1.2 Made-to-Order or Custom Products

  • Made-to-order or custom products are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

  • If a made-to-order or custom product is faulty, a replacement will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1.3 How to Request a Return

  • Email sales@whitebathroom.com.au with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • We may require photos before approving a return or replacement.

​

1.4 Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
